Chisos Trading Co Returns and Exchanges Policy

Chisos Trading Co stands behind our products. If you find that an order you placed does not meet your expectations, please call or e-mail us so that we may assist you in getting the products you are seeking.

Chisos Trading Co has a 10-day return and exchange policy on regular priced items. 

Return/Exchange Guidelines:

  1. You may return your merchandise to Chisos within 10 days of the receipt of your product for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. 
  2. The product must be in new and unused condition and returned in the original packing materials.
  3. All returns must have a RA (return authorization) number which we will assign when you notify us of your impending return. Please call or email prior to shipping. 210-862-8028 or email Customer Care Team
  4. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all items returned without a valid RA number.
  5. Return items will be inspected upon arrival for refund/exchange approval.

After the 10 days, we will gladly exchange or issue store credit. The returned item must be returned in it's original condition with tags. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please be advised that refunds on a credit card may take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement. 

Call our Customer Care Department and request a return authorization. Please ship the original product to Long Grass with a note explaining the situation that includes your name and contact information. Our customer service manager will then match your returned product to the RMA paperwork you initiated on your call and will then process your exchange. We request that you call or email us prior to mailing it back. 

For your protection, returns should be shipped prepaid WITH insurance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend you ship your product back to us using either UPS or FED EX. We recommend you not use the US Postal Service as we have had too many customers experience lost packages that the Post Office is not able to track.

Your enjoyment of your new jewelry is of great importance to me.  If you have any issues or concerns, please notify me.  If something needs adjustment (too long/short, etc.) I will be happy to provide this service without charge.  Jewelry can be returned for full refund within 5 days of receipt and within 30 days for in-store credit.
